Let's Be Real...

Let's be real... I'm obsessed with my necklace from Brandy Melville, although I wish it was a House of Harlow necklace. I don't know why I have a hula hoop under my bed. And, let's be real... I had to crop out half of the photo because no one really wants to see my messy bedroom. 

Let's be real... I've become obsessed with glitter nail polish! I've been slowly pulling together my New Year's Eve look and today I was on the hunt for the perfect New Year's Eve nail polish look. Nothing in my collection caught my eye, so I went over to my sister's polished and picked these two! I rarely wear black, but the gold I am most certainly a fan of. Black and gold are to New Year's Eve as red and green are to Christmas! [picture from my instagram]

Let's be real... I've consumed an unthinkable amount of peppermint shortbread, and the only thing I want to consume this weekend is this salad with quinoa, sweet potato and apples - a delicious flavor combination. Then, perhaps make these cinnamon roll pancakes on Christmas morning. It's all about balance, right?

Let's be real... I read this list of '50 things to stop doing forever' and I'm convinced that I need to stop doing 49/50 of the things on the list. Where to begin...

Let's be real... I might seem your grandmother because I've decided to start a knitting project, but I will be wearing one kick ass, warm and cozy scarf when I'm all done! Check out those burgundy and plum shades in the yarn. Gorgeous!
